Current Limitations/Behavior:
There is no screen saver on the current application (other than what is provided with Windows) and when the kiosk is sitting idle it isn't serving any purpose
The administrator should be able to setup advertisements or announcements to be displayed after an administrator-definable period of inactivity.
The Kiosk should always have a message saying "Move the mouse or press a key to start the kiosk" or something to this effect.
