Write Media Item to an ISO File

Current Limitations/Behavior:
The Kiosk converts the media item to a valid CD format before writing it. It does this every time a CD is written and it is very slow.
The Kiosk should create an ISO, meaning no conversion overhead is required.
The Administrator should be able to turn this feature on or off.
The Kiosk could convert the media item to an ISO at one of three possible times:
- When the Media Item is Added
- The first time a user requests the media item
- As a seperate process that runs in the background
Probably the third option is the best... although perhaps the administrator should pick.
