Kiosk is Unable to Refresh Media Items After Changing Content Location

Issue Description:
When changing the Content Location to a different path, the Kiosk is unable to run the "Refresh Media Items" feature. This includes changing the Content Location when starting the software with an invalid Content Location or doing it through the Administration menu.
Restart the Kiosk software after changing the Content Location.
This is an acknowledged bug and will be resolved in a future version.
